Summary

For our OPTARION product family in the field of “Software Development”, we are looking for a “Software Developer in the area of Mission Planning (f/m/d)” at the Immenstaad site as soon as possible.

The OPTARION - Agile Release Train is responsible for the development of a mission planning solution for helicopters. Our team provides innovative solutions throughout the product lifecycle, from customer needs analysis to system design, development, installation, and integration.

In this role, you will implement modern, function-driven enhancements within an agile software team and ensure existing functions are future-proofed.

Your Tasks

• Analysis of system and customer requirements
• Specification and development of software architectures focusing on re-use and modularization using modern technologies
• Programming, integration, verification, and validation of software modules
• Participation in planning and implementing complex software modules
• Ensuring compliance with verification and certification regulations

Your Profile

• Degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or similar
• Several years of experience in development with C# and web services
• Practical experience in system and/or software engineering
• Knowledge of military approval processes for software systems (advantageous)
• Structured, conscientious, and analytical working style
• High initiative and commitment
• Proficiency in German and English
