We are seeking a (Senior) Consultant in Digitalisierung with a focus on Change Management to join our team in Aachen. Our mission is to sustainably digitalize companies by implementing agile methods and actively guiding change processes. As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for creating acceptance for change to ensure its lasting integration within organizations.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Advising and supporting clients in designing and implementing change management measures, agile projects, and analyses.
  2. Analyzing change situations and developing change and communication strategies.
  3. Managing change management initiatives, measuring their effectiveness, and deriving action recommendations.
  4. Assessing training needs and developing targeted training measures.
  5. Supporting clients in selecting suitable multipliers and guiding them as change ambassadors.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in (Business) Psychology, Economics, Communication Sciences, Sociology, or a comparable qualification with several years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in leading and executing change management projects.
  • Systemic additional training and/or certification as an Agile Coach, trainer for agile methods, or mediator is desirable.
  • Proven experience in planning, preparing, conducting, and following up workshops independently.
  • Practical experience in applying agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) in multiple projects.
  • Innovative approach to analytical problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking, structured working style.
  • Good German language skills in speaking and writing.
