The Enterprise Ad Sales team partners with influential organizations in the Beauty and Healthcare industries. They are dedicated to driving advertising excellence through strategic partnerships and innovative ad solutions, creating impactful brand experiences that connect users with brands they love. The team is composed of ambitious, self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, pushing the boundaries of digital advertising and building meaningful brand connections.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver on revenue targets and lead the team towards growth.
  2. Build strong client loyalty by understanding and addressing their needs.
  3. Deepen product understanding to drive revenue-enhancing improvements.
  4. Adopt a consultative, Customer First approach.
  5. Provide thought leadership and mentorship in account planning.
  6. Stay informed on key vertical market trends and opportunities.
  7. Develop, mentor, and manage a team of individual contributors.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. 10+ years in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand marketing.
  2. Experience with top marketing decision-makers in brands and agencies within the CPG/FMCG industry.
  3. Knowledge of the CPG/FMCG industry and digital landscape.
  4. Experience managing diverse teams of individual contributors.
  5. Ability to work in Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich offices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Existing network within the Beauty & Healthcare industry.
  2. Experience managing advertisers across the funnel, understanding their challenges and goals.
  3. Proven success in fast-paced environments, driving incremental growth.
  4. Experience working in a matrixed environment with senior stakeholders.
  5. Strong understanding of branding and performance marketing, including measurement capabilities.
  6. Experience in digital and programmatic sales, app monetization is a plus.
  7. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  8. Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and team-oriented mindset.
