ACS Community Support Technician, Kaiserslautern

Location: 3210 Kleber Kaserne Kaiserslautern, Germany

Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Support: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote ACS programs and services within the Rheinland-Pfalz community. Collaborate with ACS teams to create promotional materials, manage social media platforms, and organize events to enhance community engagement.
  2. Working Group Assistance: Provide assistance to various working groups and committees within ACS Rheinland-Pfalz. Contribute to the planning, coordination, and facilitation of meetings, workshops, and events. Compile meeting minutes, action items, and recommendations to ensure effective collaboration and implementation of initiatives.
  3. Basic Research and Data Analysis: Conduct basic research on community needs, preferences, and trends to inform the development of new ACS services and improve existing programs. Perform data analysis to assess the impact and effectiveness of initiatives, presenting findings through reports and presentations.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with ACS teams, leadership, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain open communication channels to gather input, share insights, and foster collaboration.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining records, tracking budgets, and managing resources for marketing campaigns and events.
  6. Community Engagement: Act as a point of contact for community members seeking information about ACS services. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and directing individuals to resources.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and innovative approaches to better serve the community.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of customer service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies, social media management, and event coordination.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and manage multiple tasks.
  • Analytical mindset with basic research and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in community outreach, customer service, or program support is advantageous.
