Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate (Senior) Product Manager to join our team in Munich.

As a Product Manager, you will be involved in the entire end-to-end product delivery lifecycle, shaping new features from scratch and improving existing ones.

Your responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their workflows and pain points, translating insights into actionable features.
• Process quantitative and qualitative user data/feedback to prioritize features.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to think strategically while paying attention to details.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Experience with end-to-end feature delivery and product trade-offs.
• Ability to create low-fidelity wireframes using tools such as Figma to communicate ideas.
• Hands-on mentality and drive to get things done.
• Fluent in German and English.

Nice to have:

• Construction industry background.
• Basic coding skills.
• Interest in Big Data, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision.
