Oracle is undergoing remarkable changes with its ISV license business while continuing to grow double digits year over year. We are inviting driven salespeople to join us and contribute to this growth engine.

Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) have become a primary growth segment in the IT industry. The ISV Ecosystem is a key catalyst for Oracle’s expansion.

Oracle is investing in a dedicated ISV Technology Salesforce to target and expand the ISV Enterprise Market. The PRIME ISV Ecosystem Technology Sales Representative will have full accountability for an assigned PRIME territory of strategic ISVs, leading both the ISV Sell-to and ISV Sell-through Go-to-Market models, including Hosting.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a prime assigned territory that includes a diverse range of ISVs.
  • Build, develop, and maintain relationships with select ISVs to align their applications with Oracle technologies and licensing strategies.
  • Establish trusting relationships with key C-level stakeholders.
  • Create, drive, and own account plans for the selected ISV in collaboration with field teams and other stakeholders.
  • Define rules of engagement and escalation procedures to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Lines of Business (LOBs) and functional units to understand industry trends and position ISV-certified solutions.
  • Sell Oracle On-Premise License products to ISVs, including negotiating prices, concessions, and terms.
  • Track and forecast sales pipeline to meet territory sales targets.
  • Be well-versed in technical pitches and differentiators of Oracle Technology products.

Required Skills / Experience

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success in developing and managing global partnerships and driving On-Premise License sales, with strong analytical and marketing skills.
  • Experience in high-level consultative sales within a matrix organization, preferably in embedded software and industry convergence.
  • Understanding of business and software opportunities for major multinational enterprises.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding direct sales quotas.
  • Strong engagement skills in major sales opportunities.
  • Solid business and management discipline.
  • Effective negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Participate in and lead pipeline tracking and forecasting to achieve sales goals.

  • Excellent business development, planning, and execution skills.
  • Entrepreneurial creativity in joint working engagements.
  • Experience in joint demand creation and go-to-market programs for ISV applications.
  • Ability to learn and add value to an ISV’s business model and Unique Selling Proposition (USP).
  • Language skills: Swiss German and English.
