Job Description:

As Commercial Growth Expert (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the successful operation of selected propositions (primarily TV Content propositions) across Deutsche Telekom EU Natcos. Your role will focus on roll-out, performance management, and further enhancement of propositions with our new and existing partnerships across DT-Europes international markets, ensuring we deliver innovative and competitive offerings to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Propositions operation: Ensure successful operation of propositions from a commercial perspective, including regular performance management and managerial reporting. Manage monthly invoicing processes between partners, DTAG, and Natcos. Manage budgets and support financial targets.
  2. Proposition development: Engage and support proposition development with the head of TV propositions. This includes market analysis, defining the 4Ps, value proposition, customer segmentation, competitive positioning, and pricing. Develop business cases for new propositions, including revenue forecasting and cost analysis.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including TV product team, Central IT, EU IT teams, Natcos, and others to ensure successful execution of propositions.
  4. Go to market: Develop or support go-to-market concepts with partners and Natcos. Review G2M performance and support corrective actions.
  5. Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of TV propositions, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives. Continuously evaluate performance against KPIs and make data-driven decisions to enhance or retire offerings.
  6. New partner and proposition onboarding: Lead onboarding of new partners and propositions. Support negotiations and contract development.
  7. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, assess threats, and understand customer needs.
  8. Innovation: Stay updated on technological advancements and regulatory changes impacting TV products. Foster innovation to develop disruptive propositions.

Ideal candidates will have experience or high interest in Digital Media and TV propositions or content business, with an understanding of technology. Knowledge of Telco business models (mobile, fixed, and TV) is advantageous. Prior experience in telco and knowledge of DT Europe markets is preferred. Candidates should have at least 3+ years of project management experience in complex, dynamic, and cross-functional environments involving multiple teams across geographies.

Required knowledge includes: product & service lifecycle management, marketing & go-to-market strategies, rollout management, and partner management. Candidates should demonstrate excellence in operations, reporting, and financial planning, with a hands-on, proactive mindset. Strong analytical skills and experience using data for decision-making are essential. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English are required; German is not mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office and a degree in business administration or similar qualification are expected.
