We are looking for talents with excellent German & English skills to join us in our state-of-the-art working environment in Greece, after relocating to Athens.

Be part of a dedicated team that reviews and categorizes social media commercial ads, and also reviews and moderates business content, helping to build a better user experience.

Note: This position is not remote or work-from-home. Our teams are based in our modern offices in Athens, Greece (Moschato and Piraeus).

What you will do :

1. Review and categorize social media content based on specific guidelines.
2. Ensure all user-uploaded information complies with client policies.
3. Make balanced decisions to advocate for the online community.
4. Ensure high-quality and safe experiences for users and businesses.
5. Apply content policies to digital content and execute handling procedures consistently.
6. Assist customers via chat, email, or phone (depending on the project).
7. Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions.
8. Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.

What we expect from you :

1. Excellent verbal and written skills in German.
2. Very good English proficiency.
3. Exceptional communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to use Windows OS, internet applications, and MS Office.
5. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; ability to work independently with limited supervision.
6. Attention to detail and ability to distinguish personal beliefs from moderated content and policies.
7. Positive, proactive attitude and desire for continuous improvement.
8. Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media, or Customer Support is a plus.
