This role is at the center of our Holding team in Germany. We’ve got a mix of skills here, from Finance and Hospitality to Recruitment, People & Culture, and Marketing. JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who can find the right talent to help grow our teams across EMEA in our Experience & Engineering craft.
Recruiters at DEPT are more than recruiters, they are business partners who can advise hiring managers about their hiring needs. As a Senior Recruiter, you are responsible for helping us find the right candidates for various positions within our organization. You are the first point of contact for the candidate on the one hand, and the hiring manager is your business team on the other. DEPT is growing incredibly fast, and it's your job to contribute to this by finding the right people and building teams that can contribute to our growth.
