We are looking for a Nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger / Krankenschwester) based in Heilbronn or nearby, to support our global patient care program, TRICARE. You will provide medical case management, visit patients at healthcare provider sites, write medical reports, and provide medical updates.

This is a great opportunity for nurses to transition from clinical settings to an on-site case manager role, utilizing their medical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient clinical case management following clinical and International SOS standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with providers, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Visit or contact care providers regularly for medical case updates.
• Liaise with patients to gather detailed clinical information for ongoing case management.
• Assist the medical collection team in obtaining discharge summaries and medical records.

About you

• Registered General Nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger / Krankenschwester) with at least 3 years of experience.
• Nursing registration valid in the EU or other countries considered.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys change and thrives on challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
• Willing to travel nationally and internationally for conferences and workshops.
• Experience with new healthcare technologies.
• Hold a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and be prepared to travel within the region to military treatment facilities and hospitals.
