About the Role :

We are looking for a structured and proactive HR Coordinator to support our client’s HR team on a day-to-day operational level. In this role, you’ll be embedded with one of our valued partner companies – a global, people-focused organisation – while being employed through The Rec Hub , a leading RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) provider.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, international environments and enjoys being a reliable point of contact for employees, managers, and external partners.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle – onboarding, contract preparation, documentation, changes, and offboarding
  • Coordinate HR processes in line with German labour law and internal policies
  • Maintain and update personnel data in the HRIS system accurately
  • Serve as a contact for employee queries related to HR processes, policies, and documentation
  • Support payroll input and monthly data processing in collaboration with external payroll providers
  • Assist in local implementation of global HR initiatives and employee engagement projects
  • Support in reporting, audit preparation, and general HR compliance topics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and global HR teams

Your Profile :

  • Prior experience in an HR coordination, HR administration, or generalist role in Germany
  • Solid understanding of German employment law and HR best practices
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive working style
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Personio) is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup and within international, matrix organisations
