The "Digital & Employee Communications" department adopts an integrated, topic-oriented approach. Besides internal communication, it also targets external audiences via events, social media, and digital content platforms.

Your tasks as Senior Performance Communications Expert

We seek a communications expert with deep expertise in performance marketing, capable of translating this into corporate communications:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with corporate goals, ensuring impactful messaging across channels.
2. Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor integrated campaigns using paid and organic social media and other distribution methods.
3. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign metrics and audience insights to optimize strategies based on data-driven decisions.
4. Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to produce compelling messages that resonate with target audiences.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Work with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment; maintain ongoing communication with social media account managers and agencies.
6. Platform Management: Oversee DHL's global social media business accounts and ad accounts.
7. Market Research: Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Your profile

Professional Requirements:

• Degree in communication, marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years experience in performance marketing and corporate communications
