As Legal Counsel within Omio’s Legal Team, you will be responsible for a broad range of commercial legal work, collaborating with various teams across the company. You will also handle corporate matters such as the incorporation of new group companies to support international expansion, as well as transactions like financing rounds and acquisitions.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, be confident in providing legal advice to colleagues at all levels, and have excellent legal drafting abilities. An international outlook and willingness to work across different jurisdictions are essential. You should enjoy working in a small, dynamic team within a growing company, with flexibility and responsibility.
This position is based at our modern & friendly office in Warschauer Platz, offering a great environment to learn and grow. The role includes flexible working arrangements, with 50% of the time working from home.
