Job Description

To help us drive innovation and build functional systems that improve customer experience, we are looking to reinforce our Cloud Solutions team with a versatile Cloud DevOps Engineer.

If you have a proven track record in Cloud Computing, are passionate about cutting-edge technologies, and constantly seek to improve the software development life cycle, we'd love to speak with you.

Main responsibilities:
  1. Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions using leading public cloud providers.
  2. Develop and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management.
  3. Introduce automation to improve performance, scalability, and security, reducing manual effort.
  4. Design, develop, and enhance Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines to accelerate development cycles and ensure reliable releases.
  5. Design cost-effective solutions and services, ensuring that value is measured, tracked, and realized at key delivery points.
  6. Implement logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting solutions for better visibility and faster incident recovery.
  7. Provide guidance and recommendations to increase efficiency and reduce customer incidents.
  8. Develop tools and processes to improve teams and customer experience.
  9. Document products, processes, and tools with high quality.
  10. Support software engineers in following the software delivery lifecycle.
  11. Maintain efficient communication with cross-functional teams, acting as a key stakeholder for project decisions.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing, providing strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
  1. 2-3 years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing solutions in Amazon Web Services (AWS) for medium to large-scale applications serving thousands or millions of users.
  2. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in administering Windows or Linux server environments.
  3. Proficiency in automation with at least one configuration/deployment management tool such as Ansible or Terraform.
  4. Proficiency with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  5. Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
  6. Experience integrating monitoring and alerting tools, including Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, CloudWatch, and ELK.
  7. Proven ability to build, optimize, and scale CI/CD frameworks and tools, seamlessly integrating them into daily operations.
  8. Deep understanding of security and networking principles within a cloud-native environment.
  9. Experience working in an Agile, fast-paced, DevOps environment.
  10. Excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.
