Job Description:

Work with us as a Program Manager (m/f/d) Banknote Processing to drive future solutions of our banknote processing systems towards digitalization and automation. Bring your ideas and organizational skills to enhance our processes.

• Own and steer projects within a dedicated program, covering all major phases from requirements to documentation after onboarding.
• Collaborate with product architects and program managers to resolve technical challenges.
• Gather feedback from customers and employees to improve solutions.
• Interface with key customers on some projects.
• Apply lean, agile, or classical project management methods to bring high-quality products to market.
• Follow innovative project management approaches to achieve goals efficiently, working holistically, self-determined, and target-oriented for sustainable success in automation and digitalization.

Your profile:

• Completed technical or business administration studies.
• Experience and knowledge in developing mechatronic systems or software for mechatronic systems.
• Several years of experience as Program Manager, System Engineer, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar, with remote and international teams.
• Project Management certifications like Prince 2, PMI, Scrum, Kanban are preferred.
• Knowledge of agile approaches such as LeSS, SAFe, Kanban is desirable.
• Motivated, creative, team-oriented, with strategic and customer-focused thinking.
• Strong moderation and communication skills for leading international teams and engaging with customers.
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Flexible working hours between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., with options for remote or on-site work, including Saturdays if preferred.
