What you will do :

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Wholesale Business Planning to support the sales team in maximizing revenue within the wholesale channel.

Working alongside the wholesale team and the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will enhance data-driven decision making by optimizing the reporting landscape and the end-to-end planning process at the account level for pre- and post-sales markets. It will be an integral part of preparing analytics and insights to support strategic planning.

Responsibilities include :

  1. Owning the end-to-end planning process for sales markets, including forecasting, preparing presentations for key accounts, and briefing the sales team on budgets by account.
  2. Managing all wholesale planning tools and optimizing them according to the needs of the wholesale team and the Chief Commercial Officer.
  3. Serving as the main counterpart during market seasons to help the sales team achieve their budget goals.
  4. Providing post-market insights summaries on sell-in performance and briefing this information to the collection merchandising team and global planning.
  5. Monitoring in-season performance management activities (e.g., reorders, swaps) and preparing executive summaries for relevant stakeholders.
  6. Developing detailed product performance reports for the wholesale channel that inform collection briefs.
  7. Implementing weekly, monthly, and seasonal wholesale reporting that offers insights into sell-out performance at the account level.
  8. Collaborating cross-functionally with the collection merchandising, global planning, and finance teams.

What you will bring :

  • At least 5 years of experience in wholesale merchandising or a related role within the fashion industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to create clarity through analytical insights and easily digestible data overviews.
  • Capacity to work aligned with company priorities and generate timely insights to help teams meet their goals.
  • High professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, and familiarity with wholesale platforms such as Joor.
