Job Responsibilities

1. Global maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic components, systems, and equipment such as power converters, including battery systems.
2. Investigation of complex power converter devices in operational, testing, and trial environments, including handling customer complaints.
3. Training and instruction of operational personnel on respective systems.
4. Providing product information to customers.
5. Guiding and instructing subordinate staff on-site.
6. Conducting installation inspections of onsite installations.
7. Commissioning of new devices and systems at customer sites.
8. Documenting activities and device/system status, creating specific reports (SAT, WKP).
9. Inspecting customer devices and systems, preparing defect lists and maintenance plans based on device/system age.
10. Creating technical documentation for fault analysis procedures.
11. Adjusting test routines and programs.
12. Developing retrofit concepts and wiring diagrams.
13. Determining necessary measurement points, testing equipment, and protocols for seismic and EMC testing as per KTA requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma Engineer (FH) in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in power supply and project planning.
• Knowledge of our products is advantageous.
• Familiarity with DIN VDE, TAB, UVV standards is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel.
• Goal-oriented, structured, resilient, especially in customer communication.
• Proactive and confident appearance with problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork ability.
• Excellent command of German and English, spoken and written.
