Analyst, Client Services (M/W/D)

The Client Service Analyst supports client servicing and sales efforts within Dimensional’s EMEA Client Group.

This entry-level role offers an opportunity to enter the Investment Management industry, gaining understanding of client-oriented sales and service departments and contributing to team goals.

The ideal candidate should be task-oriented, detail-focused, and interested in learning about Dimensional’s client service and business development efforts. In return, they will receive comprehensive on-the-job training across various skills and work in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

We welcome individuals with various levels of experience or those switching careers, emphasizing attitude and aptitude. The role is based in Munich.

Typical Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing event and client materials, such as prospecting packs and presentations
• Handle administrative tasks including meeting prep, client records, basic market analytics, and investment analysis
• Manage regulatory and client reporting tasks
• Maintain client and prospect pipelines records
• Support sales research and activities
• Help organize and prepare channel-specific events
• Develop understanding of the firm’s products, investment process, systems, and philosophy
• Seek process improvements continually
• Ensure client data accuracy and currency
• Upon certification, engage in client interactions and support marketing activities
