Key responsibilities / You will get to:

• Conduct external benchmarking, identify improvement opportunities across the insurance value chain, and assess top-down impacts and steering
• Work with client teams, taking responsibility for specific tasks, ensuring the quality of your deliverables, and meeting project milestones
• Manage communications and project timelines
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
• Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key requirements / What we hope you bring:

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting
• Experience in project management, change management, business transformation, or initiative development and rollout
• Experience in strategy and transformation programs
• Insurance P&C knowledge, acquired in a consulting environment, would be an advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
• An affinity for problem-solving and strong analytical thinking skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (including complex functions)
• Curiosity or knowledge of insurance and financial services, along with consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Fluency in written and spoken English
