This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with a strong understanding of modern cloud technologies, CI / CD practices, and enterprise-scale platforms. You don’t need a background in energy – if you’re passionate about building scalable platforms with Kubernetes, we’d love to hear from you

What to expect from this role?

• Define and implement platform-wide customisation tools for application developers.
• Support the transition from an on-premise infrastructure to public cloud environment.
• Enhance the CI / CD pipeline to boost automation and improve deployment quality.
• Support and coach developers by establishing platform-wide engineering guidelines.
• Design and build a modern API for seamless platform access.
• Own the operation and reliability of a group-wide DMS (Document Management System) platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business and IT departments.
• Work with autonomy and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements :

• A degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with strong professional engineering experience.
• You have extensive knowledge with Kubernetes. The main goal will be getting an application with a huge K8s footprint to become stable.
• Experience in cloud platforms (ideally Azure), along with CI / CD, automation, and an understanding of AI integration.
• Solid background in software development and architecture.
• Knowledge of ECM / DMS platforms and API development best practices.
• Hands-on experience with tools like GitLab, SonarQube, and JFrog.
• Familiar with agile methodologies (Scrum) and able to drive efficient, high-quality outcomes.
