• Elaboration and further development of the marketing strategy
• Processing of the product portfolio including interfaces (e.g., production, A&D, purchasing, QA) with a focus on new product development
• Responsibility for the new product funnel within the assigned product category
• Overarching concept development and portfolio management in the specific product category
• Project responsibility, implementation, and management of cross-BU strategic projects
• Provision of all data required for controlling and budgeting
• Contact person for strategic and high-level customer inquiries

• Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
• Completed further training in category management, market research
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a similar product management position (desirable)
• Affinity for "functional" powders (encapsulated functional ingredients)
• Enthusiasm for the possibilities of functional and encapsulated ingredients, especially in infant nutrition, food, and animal nutrition
• Drive to optimize the P&L of this category and its strategic development alongside the commercial head
• Experience in functional products and managing/developing the P&L
• Hands-on project management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Structured, results-oriented, self-motivated multi-tasker capable of managing multiple projects/interfaces
• Strong analytical, conceptual skills, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent in English and proficient in German
