Your responsibilities include being the link between on-site technicians and engineers within the MSP organization, launching new systems, developing preventative maintenance procedures, ensuring spare parts availability, proactively monitoring system performance, troubleshooting, sharing best practices, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across Amazon's customer fulfillment network.

You will develop and implement standard operating procedures, performance metrics, and feedback mechanisms to enable the MSP CX team to scale effectively. Working closely with technical support and regional managers, you will help build a cohesive team focused on safety, reliability, and performance of emerging robotics technology. The role requires the ability to work independently and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment with multiple tasks.

  2. Partner with product development, manufacturing, and site-level RME teams to optimize robotics system performance.
  3. Identify, analyze, and resolve mechanical and system issues across the MSP product suite.
  4. Design and implement electro-mechanical tools and fixtures for deployed and new products.
  5. Develop proactive monitoring tools to assess safety, reliability, and performance.
  6. Create diagnostic tools to reduce troubleshooting time and machine downtime.
  7. Support hardware and system escalation issues impacting the MSP product suite.
  8. Develop preventative maintenance procedures and training materials for robotics systems.
  9. Lead on-site training for RME teams supporting Amazon operations.
  10. Manage spare parts systems and processes.
  11. Conduct safety, ergonomic, and risk assessments of MSP products and tools.
  12. Produce regular reports on product safety, reliability, and performance.
  13. Provide feedback to development and support teams based on customer and system data.
  14. Travel up to 75% as required.

Minimum qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, experience in technical support with mechatronic or robotic systems, knowledge of statistical analysis and program management, and experience with root cause analysis methodologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, experience with big data, PLC programming, CAD & FEA tools, and hardware implementation project management.
