As Product Portfolio Lead, you'll architect our European product portfolio—creating competitive, high-quality products that meet safety standards and drive performance, profitability, and strategic alignment. Your work will help unlock the potential of cocoa fruit, transforming foods, drinks, and lives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the product portfolio strategy to foster growth and profitability.
• Optimize product mix through SKU performance analysis, pricing, and positioning.
• Coordinate Koa's sustainability initiatives aligned with customer and operational expectations.
• Collaborate with R&D, innovation, and commercial teams to drive product innovation and improvement.
• Lead go-to-market strategies and product launches.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as a key link between commercial, R&D, and supply chain teams for informed decision-making.
• Manage external partners and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science.
• 5+ years in product/portfolio or category management within an international FMCG food brand.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality certifications, trends, and regulations.
• Proven experience in high-impact product decisions.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German (min. B2).
