Job Description:
In this role, you will be our expert in the team for Change & Transformation Management, advising business leaders and HR colleagues in the setup and implementation of effective change management measures for transformation programs and initiatives.
Your responsibilities include:
- Independently developing concepts, frameworks, and guidelines for Organizational Development with a focus on Change & Transformation Management for the ZEISS Group.
- Defining and implementing organizational development interventions to achieve ZEISS's strategy and support its transformation ambitions.
- Driving a standardized and integrated approach to building ZEISS's critical organizational capabilities by providing aligned methodologies and tools, and advising on their application.
- Designing and executing change management strategies to support the successful implementation of larger transformation initiatives.
- Conducting stakeholder and change impact assessments and deriving specific action plans, driving the implementation of defined measures.
- Acting as an advisor and ensuring engagement of relevant stakeholders across hierarchical levels through targeted interventions.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented measures and adjusting change management strategies as needed.
- Ensuring alignment of transformation initiatives with the overall strategic direction.
- Contributing to the growth of a newly created function by building an integrated Organizational Development portfolio for ZEISS and fostering an internal and external ecosystem.
- Coaching and mentoring team members in delivering change management support.
- Promoting a community of practice by enabling the use of tools and methodologies, coaching colleagues involved in transformation initiatives, and ensuring best practices are identified and implemented.
Your profile:
- Master's degree and relevant professional qualifications or accreditations (e.g., in behavioral sciences, (industrial) psychology, leadership development, human resources, or similar).
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience with a focus on change management, ideally with international experience.
- Certification in change management and/or systemic organizational development is preferred.
- Consulting background is preferred.
- Strong conceptual skills and the ability to develop a profound business understanding quickly, with strong business acumen.
- A proven track record of successfully managing complex organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work in a highly dynamic environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a keen interest in building strong partnerships to enhance organizational development capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, a 'can-do' mentality, high focus on results, assertiveness, and pragmatism.
- Business fluency in written and spoken English.
