We are looking for a (Senior) Manager Strategic Projects (m/f/d) to join our team. This position is limited to 2 years.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive high-value strategic projects for the CALID group on a national and international top management level from conception to implementation.
• Conduct in-depth analyses, identify root causes, and develop solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
• Act as a business partner to functional areas and support their project management efforts.
• Take responsibility for the delivery of own cross-functional projects.
• Develop and maintain an overview of strategic initiatives and the project pipeline, creating an overview of interdependencies among strategic projects.
• Prepare top management presentations and moderate management meetings.
• Be part of the M&A and Business Development (Strategy) team, driving the transformation of a leading company in life sciences tools and diagnostics.

Qualifications:

• Degree in business administration (Bachelor / Master/ Diploma) or similar specialization.
• At least 3-6 years of professional experience in a renowned consulting company focusing on MedTech/Life Science/Microbiology & Diagnostics industry or in a similar role in an international company.
• Hands-on experience managing complex projects in strategy development, implementation, and business transformation.
• Experience in Post Merger Integration (PMI) projects and/or exposure to M&A is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management in the life science industry is beneficial.
• Strategic and business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and conceptual skills.
• Structured, accurate work approach, creativity, and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an international environment and demonstrate teamwork skills.
• Fluent English required; German language skills may be an advantage.
