What do you contribute?

• You design complex software and network technologies for railway applications.
• You clarify the vehicle integration of your solutions and coordinate technical interfaces with internal and external suppliers.
• You will implement new software and tools for embedded systems based on Linux, including documentation.
• Your tasks will include ensuring IT security on the vehicle (IEC 62443 and ISO 2700x standard).
• You will carry out software integration and testing and ensure functionality on the vehicle.
• You will plan and configure networks and support penetration tests.

What do you bring along?

• You have a successfully completed degree (Diploma / Master) in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• You have sound knowledge of Ethernet, IPv4, IPv6-based networks, VLAN, QoS, MSTP, etc.
• You are characterised by initial project experience in technical development projects.
• You have experience in structured and object-oriented software development for embedded systems with the Linux operating system.
• You have knowledge of application development with Python and Bash programming.
• You have a good command of German and fluent English.
• You enjoy dealing with complex problems, are communicative and convince us with your systematic and independent way of working.
