Job Description

Our client is a pre-launch EOR automation platform with an exciting new approach to a huge marketplace. They are looking for an exceptional UX Designer.

This is a remote, project-based role that can turn into full-time employment. Candidates from anywhere are welcome to apply, with a preference for those based in Europe, Israel, Southeast Asia, or North America.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of UX design experience, preferably in designing complex, no-code web products and B2B SaaS platforms. A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your challenges, ideas, and impact, especially projects that went into production, showing your ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive interfaces. Include considerations, constraints, and impact of your work.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design and testing methodologies.
• Ability to present and justify design decisions grounded in theories, research, and analytics.
• Awareness of current and emerging design patterns, with the ability to critique them.
• Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and thrive in ambiguity.
• Team-oriented mindset, open to sharing knowledge, feedback, and constructive criticism.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to the development of the design practice within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with solution architects and UI engineers to design user-friendly, innovative products with low friction and high delight.
• Develop low- and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to communicate design decisions.
• Create polished visual design specifications that are clear and actionable.
• Iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing.
• Evaluate usability of features and suggest improvements.
• Own your features, considering edge cases, refining specifications, and working with engineers to implement solutions.
• Write clear, concise copy for your projects.
