As a Bartender at Bellboy Berlin you will have exceptional knowledge of cocktails. This includes balance of flavour, background knowledge of high-quality sprits and an excellent understanding of mixing cocktails – from preparation to during service.

As a Bartender at Bellboy Berlin you will be responsible for :

• Preparing cocktails and other drinks in a timely manner
• Making sure that only the best quality and freshest ingredients are used during the preparation of drinks
• Following all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages (a Rote Karte is a must)
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products
• Ensuring that customers receive an efficient and prompt service
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, as well as bar glasses and utensils
• Restocking the bar when necessary
• Good personality, exceptional interpersonal and presentational skills
• Has to have a good sense of taste and exceptional aesthetic senses!
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment amid distractions and interruption
• You do not need to know German for this role, although it would benefit you if you do. English is the predominant language spoken in Bellboy. We also attract a very international clientele.
