Responsibilities
  • Actively identify and prospect new customers (dental and orthodontic practices) in the area of aligner therapy.
  • Follow up on leads from the sales team, marketing campaigns, or training events.
  • Support dental professionals and practice staff with product application via video or phone calls.
  • Follow up with customers in your territory in close collaboration with sales and product management teams.
  • Assist customers with application questions and process optimization.
  • Document activities in our CRM system.
  • Continuously learn and develop product knowledge in orthodontics.
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial training or studies, or alternatively, training as a dental assistant or dental technician (specializing in orthodontics or experience with aligner therapy is advantageous).
  • Initial experience in a sales-oriented role.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Communicative, committed, flexible, and independent.
  • Customer service and sales orientation.
  • Ability to explain complex topics simply.
