We are looking for a passionate Senior Recruiter Tech & Data (all genders) to join our team and help us find and hire exceptional tech talent.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

1. Be the Detective: Collaborate closely with our Hiring Managers to understand open position requirements. Lead the entire recruiting process, from crafting standout job postings to pre-selecting candidates, coordinating, and conducting interviews.
2. Source Like a Pro: Build a strong tech talent pool by utilizing various platforms and networks to identify and approach potential candidates.
3. Evaluate Excellence: Assess technical skills and cultural fit of candidates.
4. Candidate Experience Maestro: Ensure a 5-star candidate experience from application to onboarding.
5. Seal the Deal: Negotiate employment contracts and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
6. Onboarding Partner: Support new employees during their first six months to ensure a smooth integration.
7. Team Player: Collaborate with People Partners on workforce planning and recruitment status monitoring.
8. Smells like Team Spirit: Participate in team meetings and social events to foster a strong team environment.

What we are looking for:

• At least 4 years of experience in technology and data recruiting, focusing on software and hardware in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of the Tech & Data industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven active sourcing experience and talent pool building.
• Creative and innovative recruitment strategies.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience with Personio is a plus.
