How you will create an impact:

• Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients to identify the right product fit and solution approach.
• Serve as the technical point of contact and product expert during the sales cycle for both the sales team and prospective clients.
• Deliver standard and customized product demos for prospective clients.
• Lead analysis of client-specific business challenges and technical requirements during on-site or online workshops, translating them into user stories.
• Create detailed solution scoping documents, including customization requirements, for handover to the implementation team.
• Develop and present technical proposals based on our SaaS products during the sales process.
• Share market feedback with Product Management to support development roadmaps.
• Collaborate with your team to create client-facing materials like presentations, proposals, marketing collateral, and demo videos.

About you:

• Experience in Solution Consulting for SaaS applications.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business studies, business engineering, computer science, natural sciences, or a related field, with 1-3 years of professional experience in IT consulting.
• Strong problem-solving skills to translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Experience managing software sales cycles end-to-end, including RFP processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic teamwork with clients, consultants, sales teams, and product experts.
• Experience within B2B and/or retail (pricing) contexts is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for technology trends and digital topics.
• Fluent in English and German.
