Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Health and Safety Advisor to join our growing team in Frankfurt, Germany. This role will be with the site team working on an important project within the Pharma Construction sector, in the Frankfurt region.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the roll-out of externally designed behavioural safety programs on site.
2. Advise on health and safety matters relating to project work on site.
3. Ensure project safety compliance regarding both execution and documentation.
4. Design health, safety, and environmental best practices into each project and ensure all project work is completed safely and environmentally responsibly.
5. Monitor contractors associated with project work.
6. Attend and report at site EHS meetings.
7. Develop and implement safe systems of work, including procedures and methods for all areas.
8. Conduct site safety audits.
9. Perform task, equipment, and other process safety-related risk assessments.
10. Provide relevant training to associates as required.
11. Maintain monthly toolbox talks and ERT team records.
12. Perform other work as requested by the Health and Safety Manager.

Qualifications

• An engineering degree qualification.
• Fluent in German and English (written and oral).
• Full understanding of all German EHS legislation.
