This role involves leading a matrixed team of pPDST scientists in developing Digital Transformation use cases, designing and implementing solutions to address scientific and business challenges through data automation, integration, visualization, and analysis of large datasets. Responsibilities include defining principles and working models, facilitating team collaboration, driving consensus on scientific and data architecture, partnering with various stakeholders to enhance data systems, and communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences. The role also requires staying abreast of emerging scientific and technological trends and collaborating on digital roadmaps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science/Informatics or related field with 12+ years of experience; Master's with 10+ years; PhD with 4+ years
• Extensive experience with scientific workflows and key data
• Significant experience in scientific disciplines within CMC and a strong IT/data analytics background
• Proven leadership in diverse teams and collaboration skills
• Ability to solve complex challenges and influence stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English, both oral and written
