Destination/ Roadmap Are you an early talent with a personal project to kick-start your career with an international assignment in a growing organization? Transdev Group is looking for a Junior HR Project Manager Recruiting & Retention based in Berlin, Germany.

Since 1998, in Germany, Transdev has been the leading private rail passenger operator, helping revitalize regions by deploying services better adapted to passengers’ needs. We operate 20 Operation & Maintenance contracts, totaling 55 million train km for 118 million passengers per year. The fleet is composed of 472 trainsets.

Responsibilities
  • Support research of recruiting and retention measures to understand market trends and best practices from other companies.
  • Stay in close contact with HR managers in the regions to understand needs and challenges.
  • Support the development of tailored solutions for Transdev Germany (materials, recruiting campaigns, training & development measures, etc.).
  • Work in a multi-disciplinary team to develop solutions holistically.
Required Education and Experience
  • University degree or dedicated working experience in the HR field, ideally experience in conceptual/strategic work.
  • Eager to learn and explore new things.
  • Recruiting background is a plus.
Skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting and retention strategies to address specific needs.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research to understand industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with HR managers.
  • Solution-oriented approach: capacity to develop tailored solutions, including materials, campaigns, and training programs.
  • Project management skills for coordinating and managing HR projects.
  • Ability to analyze HR data to identify trends and evaluate strategy effectiveness.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
Language
  • English proficiency required (English B2).
  • German: an advantage.
Additional Information
  • Start date: 01/06/2024.
  • Mission duration: 2 years (24 months).
  • Reports to: Head of HR Competence Center.
