Job Responsibilities

Gain a holistic understanding of the professional world of Engineering at MAGNA. During the NextGen Talent Program, which lasts 24 months, you will participate in various trainings and work on different projects. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.

Who We Are Looking For

• Fluent in English and German
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility
• First work experience through internships and/or working student positions, ideally in the automotive industry
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with basic knowledge of softwares and engineering tools
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and production techniques, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
