Join our Anti-Financial Crime Customer Experts team to prevent fraud, protect data and safeguard the customers of a leading Mobile Bank

TP in Greece collaborates with a leading Mobile Bank, helping manage bank accounts on-the-go, track expenses, and set aside money in real-time.

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be the frontline of the bank to the German-speaking market, providing excellent customer experience, preventing fraud, protecting data, and safeguarding our customers.

What you will do:

• Support customers via phone, chat, and email
• Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers
• Be an ambassador of our client
• Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and timely
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain professional relationships with partners and show empathy
• Work towards targets set by the client statement of work and internal goals

What you will bring:

• Fluency in German
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Excellent communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Computer literacy and tech-savviness; experience with CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to work under stressful situations with customers
• Customer service or customer-facing role experience preferred
• Can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability
• EU citizenship/EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
• Willingness to relocate to Athens or local residency
