Role and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs within specific industry verticals and assess Omio's B2B market fit.
  • Develop an acquisition pipeline to maintain a steady flow of prospective partners aligned with company strategy.
  • Engage actively with target partners to recruit and onboard them within set timelines.
  • Build trusted, positive relationships with partner decision-makers.
  • Manage new partners' business performance, working cross-functionally to develop mutually profitable relationships.
  • Propose product enhancements based on market trends and partner feedback, with internal support.
  • Represent Omio’s mission, brand, and products, serving as a problem solver for partners and internal teams.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Enterprise business development experience in the tech sector, preferably in travel.
  • Proven success in signing and growing partnerships.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on practical implementation and technical execution.
