Job Description:

Security is of very high priority for supporting DBG’s business. The department Group Security uses the ISO 27000 framework and fulfills the relevant requirements for financial service providers. It aims to protect information assets in terms of confidentiality, integrity, authenticity, and availability. Identity and Access Management (IAM) plays a crucial role in ensuring only authorized users access necessary IT resources, maintaining the least privilege principle. This is achieved through standard industry solutions for On-Premises and cloud applications, with automated processes supporting organizational changes.

Area of work:

The Identity Access Management Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the IAM landscape within Deutsche Börse Group. The role involves ensuring compliance with external regulations, internal policies, and IAM processes.

Your responsibilities:
  • Deliver sprint tasks according to the Cloud IAM domain’s strategic plan.
  • Integrate CIEM capabilities with the central IAM tool.
  • Design lifecycle processes for service accounts/principals and establish governance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards through access policies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement IAM/PAM solutions.
  • Conduct regular access reviews and enforce Least Privilege principles.
  • Create and maintain documentation for IAM/PAM.
  • Guide teams on IAM/PAM matters and support audit activities.
Your profile:
  • Bachelor/Master in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in IAM projects, preferably in Cloud IAM.
  • Knowledge of at least one IAM/PAM solution (e.g., SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, MS Entra ID).
  • Hands-on experience with GCP and/or MS Azure IAM services.
  • Knowledge of Secrets Management, CIEM, Zero Trust (advantage).
  • Experience with IAM/PAM audits (desired).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and project management (desired).
  • Ability to present proposals to senior management.
  • Proactive, self-paced problem solver.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
  • Certifications like CISSP, CISM, GCP/Azure preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and documentation skills.
