Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive work culture.

- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the store adheres to all health and safety regulations, creating a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Skills & Qualifications- Experience: Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury or jewelry sector. Previous experience in managing a team and achieving sales targets is essential.
