As Sales Development Manager South Europe (m/f/d), you will have overall responsibility for developing our Consumer Care Solutions business in Southern Europe. You will have commercial acumen, industry expertise and a technical understanding of household cleaning formulations.

In this role you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, expanding market presence and building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Do you have a proven track record in B2B sales, building international businesses in industries such as speciality chemicals, biotechnology, consumer goods? Then you've come to the right place.

Your responsibility and impact within AMSilk company means to:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in Southern Europe
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and key accounts.
  • Conduct market analysis to assess trends, competitor activity and customer needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions and technical expertise to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Product Development) to deliver value-driven solutions
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track key performance metrics, and achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Lead negotiations, pricing strategies and contract discussions
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market insights to senior management
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and regulatory developments
Your areas of knowledge and expertise are:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, sales, marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development in the household cleaning market
  • Strong network and understanding of the Southern European market
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis
  • Fluent in English and at least one Southern European language (e.g. Spanish, Italian or French)
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
