Your Role

In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high-quality code for a module, lead validation for all types of testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Responsibilities
  • Deliver DSE, MIP/Workshops, and Custom Transactional Engagements through outsourced staff.
  • Deliver engagements under the direction of the Supplier Lead.
  • Support customer tech initiatives.
  • Update skills profile in line with 'Ringed Fenced' technologies and delivery scope.
Required Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years troubleshooting experience in IT retail or tech support roles, preferably with Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong technical writing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting VoIP call quality issues and networking technologies such as Routing & Switching Protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, QoS, SIP.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and on-premises Session Border Controllers.
  • Experience with Hybrid Teams configurations and Direct Routing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of Teams voice calling plans and subscription offerings.
  • Experience deploying, administering, supporting Enterprise Unified Communications solutions.
  • Ability to analyze network data using tools like Wireshark or Fiddler.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

  • Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Teams Support Engineer Specialty
  • Microsoft Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate
Preferred Skills
  • VoIP troubleshooting and network expertise.
  • In-depth support experience with Microsoft Teams and Call Quality Dashboard.
  • Network data analysis for VoIP troubleshooting.
  • Extensive experience with Windows OS and applications.
