Join our Quality Projects Team as a Quality Advisor to contribute to and enhance quality in a company delivering high-quality products and system solutions for the energy transition. Conduct quality controls and audits on construction sites

As a Quality Advisor, you will conduct regular quality controls and audits on our construction sites. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the implementation of deviation management (NC management) during construction activities, ISAs, and transport from ISAs to sites.
• Maintaining quality documentation and updating the NC register.
• Ensuring compliance with prescribed QM processes.
• Supporting root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive measures.
• Assisting site managers regarding contractual quality requirements.

This role involves extensive travel to ensure quality across various locations.

Experienced quality management professional with technical proficiency

We seek candidates with:

• Completed training and additional qualifications in quality management.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• A balanced understanding of safety, costs, and quality, with a solution-oriented approach.
• Structured working style and technical understanding.
• High willingness to travel.
• Effective communication skills in German and English at all levels.

Additional requirements include:

• Proficiency with relevant standards and norms in quality management.
• Experience in conducting audits and quality assurance measures.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
