Partners with leading OEMs to design, develop, and manufacture life-changing medical solutions. We are experiencing significant growth through strategic acquisitions, new manufacturing sites, and organic growth. As a global organization, we operate facilities in Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Italy, and the USA. We are seeking a Global Product Manager (f/m/d) based in Germany, starting as soon as possible.

Your Role

The Global Product Manager (GPM) Flexible Instruments oversees Alleima's flexible instruments portfolio. The GPM leads marketing efforts for new product development following the stage gate process, collaborates with customers, engineering, sales, strategy, and operations to define the portfolio strategy, manage product lifecycles, develop roadmaps, and execute go-to-market plans.

  • Develop and establish capability and product roadmaps to capture growth opportunities.
  • Lead and monitor projects across the new product development process with R&D teams, ensuring a pipeline of innovative product ideas.
  • Develop business cases, document requirements, define launch plans, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Create an agile, integrated portfolio strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Support market intelligence initiatives, including customer and portfolio analysis, segmentation, pricing, revenue, margin, and competitor analysis related to flexible instrument technologies.
About You

You hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in marketing, product management, project management, engineering, or sales within the Medical Device industry, preferably in urology, gastroenterology, or laparoscopy markets.

You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to manage complex projects. Your expertise in building customer relationships, negotiations, and aligning requirements and expectations is essential.

Fluency in both English and German is required, as many customers are based in Germany. Alleima Medical operates globally with extensive cooperation across countries.

Additional Information

This position is based in Germany, near Karlsruhe or Dettingen an der Erms, with approximately 20% travel across Europe, Asia, and the USA.
