Your responsibilities

The M&A IT Program within Corporate IT supports merger and acquisition (M&A) deals and the current divestment pipeline of Uniper. As the IT project lead, you will manage and execute IT-related M&A projects across all phases: setup, due diligence, separation, closing activities, transition, and post-closure.

You will primarily manage complex M&A IT programs but also support broader Corporate IT initiatives, leveraging your project management expertise for enterprise-wide projects.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional IT project teams, including external advisors
• Manage project scope in terms of time, quality, cost, and risk to meet targets
• Understand M&A targets to define IT project objectives
• Support legal negotiations on IT topics during due diligence and transition projects
• Act as an interface between M&A projects, the IT program, various IT teams, and business units
• Facilitate decision-making and problem-solving at operational and senior levels
• Implement a standard for IT M&A processes and methodologies
• Develop understanding of business areas within Uniper to engage effectively with business leads

Uniper is part of Sweden's critical infrastructure, subject to security and export control regulations, and may require security clearance and wartime placement. Health and drug tests may be conducted as needed.

Your profile

• 7+ years in IT project or program management, with successful transformation project experience (SAP, non-SAP, Infrastructure), preferably in large integrations or de-integration initiatives
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Technical knowledge of critical integration or carve-out topics: Infrastructure, Assets, Contracts, Processes, Security, GDPR, Compliance, SAP separation and migration
• Experience in management consultancy skills: team formation, workshop moderation, stakeholder management, change management
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with high-quality slide presentation abilities
• Business experience in the energy industry is preferred
• Willingness to travel if required by the project
