We are seeking a motivated (Senior) Business Development Manager (m/f/d) with a proven track record of exceeding targets. This role focuses on expanding our network and sales & buying teams. It's a unique opportunity to be part of a growing company and drive its commercial success.

Your Mission
  • Evaluate opportunities for entering new markets or expanding existing ones, developing strategies aligned with our premium positioning.
  • Identify and acquire new prospects to expand our supplier base.
  • Initiate calls/meetings with prospects to evaluate potential.
  • Manage onboarding tasks for potential prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales, buying, logistics, and finance teams for business development.
  • Incorporate customer feedback into strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends for new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with operations to create solutions for potential partners.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating passion for our vision.
Your Profile
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development.
  • Results-driven, preferably within online B2B, fashion, or accessories sectors.
  • Existing industry network is a plus.
  • Highly organized, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for meetings and industry events.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
