We are offering job opportunities for technology enthusiasts to provide customer support for printers, photocopiers, digital cameras, and other imaging products to German-speaking customers.

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training on the company’s products and guidance on troubleshooting and technical solutions.

What You Will Do:
  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with partners, demonstrating empathy at all times.
  • Work towards achieving targets set by the client’s statement of work and internal goals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues.
  • Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on handling frequently asked questions effectively.
