Join our team as an Account Manager:

In the Sales department, you will manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, identify and develop new business opportunities, and contribute to reimagining the labor market to benefit everyone.

Your responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Prepare reports on account status and provide feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve KPIs and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Utilize excellent listening, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Possess experience as an Account Manager, Business Developer, or similar role.
  • Be results-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively in French, German, and English; Luxembourgish is a plus.
  • Have experience with CRMs, MS Office, and knowledge of recruitment market trends.
