We are currently looking for a SAP EWM Lead Consultant for one of our global clients with international exposure and a solid growth opportunity.

Details :

• Role : SAP EWM Lead Consultant
• Remote with (travels to Germany between 20% - 40% of the time)
• Start : ASAP
• Duration : 12 months + extensions ( client is focused on long-term corporation
• Industry : manufacturing

Project overview :

• Lead SAP EWM project stream (team of functional and technical consultants to ensure successful project delivery)
• EWM / FIORI / MFS Technical and functional guidance to support the EWM project stream
• Project Planning and execution :
• Stakeholder Management : Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, including overall project manager, senior management, business teams to report on progress, issues, and risks
• Risk Management : Identify Risks proactively and mitigate risks associated to the project including technical, functional, and business-related risks.
• Issue Resolution : Address and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise during the implementation or post-go-live phase
• Solution Design & Implementation : Requirement Gathering,Solution Design, Configuration & Integration, Testing. Training & Knowledge Transfer :
• Documentation : Ensure that all configuration and process changes are well-documented and aligned with project requirements.
• Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team oriented, customer focused attitude within and between streams and departments.

Once the initial template is ready, the project will move into a large-scale design and implementation phase, which will take place in Poland. This phase will serve as a pilot deployment, allowing the project team to validate the template in a real-world environment and identify any discrepancies or necessary adjustments before broader rollout.

Requirements :

• At least 10 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain focused on Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• Master's Degree in Logistic Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in EWM project management
• Experience with at least 2-4 full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations (Ability to consistently meet agreed delivery, cost and time targets while maintaining a high quality of work)
• Functional Expertise in Supply chain processes
• Cross functional SAP ERP Analyst experience to include the areas of Transportation Management (TM), Production Planning (PP) and Material Management (MM)
• Good communication and people skills – experience dealing with users from various nationalities
• Experience working with international and remote team providing operational support and delivering projects

Module specific requirements :

• SAP expertise in EWM / FIORI / MFS
• Inbound / internal and outbound warehouse flows including strategies to connect EWM to PP / MM / TM.
• Warehouse Master Data (EWM)
• Industry experience in warehouse execution will be added advantage
• Leadership (take responsibility, take accountability and ownership, take initiatives)
• Dealing with Change / Flexibility (adapting to new situations and frameworks easily)
• Time Management / Planning (commitment)
• Ability to understand the root-cause of complex problems to solve, research and propose solution / alternatives / workaround for final decision
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Nice to have German
