Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to help drive smarter business decisions through robust financial insights, forecasting, and planning. Role Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support key strategic initiatives.
• Dive deep into financial and operational data to identify trends, explain variances, and offer actionable insights.
• Build and enhance complex financial models to support scenario planning and business decisions.
• Deliver high-impact reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate across departments to align financial forecasts with business goals.
• Streamline and automate reporting processes for greater speed and accuracy.
• Perform profitability analysis, ROI evaluations, and cost control assessments.
• Support investment decisions with financial analysis and risk assessments.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, reporting standards, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and reporting quality.
• Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in FP&A or a similar financial analysis role.
• Strong command of financial modelling and analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Advanced analytical skills with a knack for turning data into clear insights.
• Comfortable working independently or collaborating in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of SQL or other data query tools.
• A track record of improving or automating financial processes.
