Are you ready to drive growth in the Benelux market? At KoRo, we’re looking for a motivated and strategic Brand Manager – Benelux (m/f/d) to strengthen our presence in the Netherlands and Belgium. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in aligning local initiatives with our business goals, developing market strategies, and leading impactful campaigns for both retail and online. Your tasks
Key responsibilities include:
- Omni-Channel Revenue Growth
- Lead and implement strategies to grow revenue across online and retail channels.
- Plan and execute local brand activations, including events, pop-ups, offline marketing campaigns, and PR initiatives to drive revenue and awareness.
- Local Market Ownership
- Serve as the go-to representative for the Dutch and Belgian markets within the central marketing team, supporting advertising, CRM, and social media initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape and execute go-to-market strategies for retail and online products.
- Maintain and elevate our brand identity locally, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Navigate the Dutch retail landscape, working with stakeholders to enhance sell-in and sell-out performance.
- Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with local organizations to increase revenue and market reach.
- Market Strategy & Insights
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and risks, developing data-driven strategies.
- Lead localized initiatives responding to market needs.
- Performance Monitoring & Budget Management
- Track and report on initiative performance using KPIs like revenue impact, ROI, and profitability.
- Manage the local marketing budget efficiently to maximize impact.
Your profile
- Based in Berlin with willingness to travel frequently to the Netherlands, or based in the Netherlands and open to relocating to Berlin for initial months.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
- At least three years of experience in country management, business development, or brand growth, preferably in a fast-paced consumer environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the food industry, particularly health and snack sectors, is a plus.
- Proven ability to build partnerships and maintain business relationships.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Data-driven decision-making approach for campaigns and partnerships.
- Creative thinker with strategic insight.
- Highly analytical, capable of interpreting complex data and turning insights into growth strategies.
